Finance Manager

The Finance Manager of Dermatology Associates of York supports all aspects of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. In this role, the ideal candidate will need excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with staff as well as professional presentation skills to review financial reports at monthly Partner / Management meetings. This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer and will be instrumental in the development of process and workflow improvements.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who enjoys working in a growth-oriented medical group environment. He or she must be attentive to detail, deadline-oriented and able to work well with others in a culturally ‘positive’ work environment.

Medical Front Office Receptionist

Hiring for Full-time and Part-time positions

York location – 205 Saint Charles Way, York

FT position 5 days per week, includes 1 evening, approx 40 hours

Camp Hill location – 205 Grandview Avenue, Camp Hill 

PT position – 3 days per week, approx 24-26 hours

We are seeking individuals who are dependable, friendly and able to work well in a fast-paced office environment while still providing excellent service to our patients. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated and team-oriented. These positions are office secretarial positions with no clinical duties.

FT & PT positions include competitive salary and benefits – (paid holidays, paid time off, 401K and employee discounts)

Daily Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling appointments
  • Checking in patients prior to appointments
  • Checking out patients and accurately post charges after appointments
  • Answering multi-line phone system
  • Opening/Closing office


  • Ability to multi-task and work in team environment.
  • Minimum one year medical front office or pharmacy tech experience required
  • Working knowledge of medical insurance, preferred.
  • Experience with medical software preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills required.
